Chicken Hakka Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
1 Packet Yu Hakka noodles
1/2 cup onion
2 tablespoon carrot
2 Tablespoon corn
4 tablespoon cabbage
2 teaspoon soya sauce
1 teaspoon red chilli sauce
Black pepper as required
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon spring onion whites
2 tablespoon capsicum (green pepper)
2100 gm shredded chicken
2 teaspoon green chilli sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar Salt as required

How To Make
Step 1 Marinate the chicken
Marinate the chicken chunks in salt, pepper and garlic cook them in some hot oil and keep them aside.
Step 2 Boil the Yu noodles
Boil some water in a pot and add salt to taste in it. Now add the noodles and let them cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3 Heat oil in a wok and cook veggies
Add some oil in a wok and garlic to the pan. Now, add onions, green or red chillies, white portions of spring onions and roast them in the pan for about a minute. Now add all the remaining veggies like carrots, corn, cabbage and capsicum and stir nicely.
Step 4 Add the sauces, Yu noodles, stir and serve!
Add the sauces and boiled chicken to the wok and mix everything together. Now add in your boiled Yu Hakka noodles and season with some salt and pepper. Toss nicely without breaking any noodles. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve!

 

Chilli Garlic Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
1 Packet Yu Hakka noodles
1/2 cup carrot
1 tablespoon garlic
2 tablespoon refined oil
water as required
1/2 cup onion
1/2 Capsicum
Green and Red Chillis as required
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
2 pinches salt

How To Make
Step 1 Chop onion and shred carrot
Chop the onions and transfer them in a bowl. Now, grate the carrot into fine julienne and keep them aside.
Step 2 Boil the noodles
Add 3 cups of water in a pan and heat it over the medium-high flame. Once the water starts to boil, add fresh noodles into it and allow it to cook until it gets soft. Once the noodles are boiled, transfer them in a glass bowl and keep aside.
Step 3 Start frying the vegetable
Heat refined oil in a wok over medium flame. Make sure that it does not get very hot. Now add the chopped onions, grated carrots, ginger paste, salt and chilli garlic paste. Stir to mix well.
Step 4 Add the cooked Yu noodles
Now add the cooked Yu noodles in the same wok and mix well to combine all ingredients. After 5 minutes, cover the wok with a lid and bring the flame to low. Cook Yu noodles for 2-3 minutes.>
Step 5 Balance the spice as per your taste
If you love spicy noodles, you can add chopped green chillis to the dish. You can also add schezwan chilli sauce for a nice savoury flavour.
Step 6 Garnish and serve
Once everything is well combined, garnish the chilli garlic noodles with celery and spring onions. Serve warm and enjoy!
