We protect your privacy:

Our privacy policy is simple. Any information you give us stays with us. We do not rent, sell, lend, or otherwise distribute your personal information to anyone for any reason. This includes your contact information, as well as specific order information.

We limit data access to those who need to know:

Within our organization, your personal data is accessible to only a limited number of employees with special access privileges. Although we may, from time to time,compile general demographic information based on your order, this information is shared within our organization only and has no identifiable personal data associated with it.

For any loss or theft of Information, due to unauthorized access to your device through which you access / use the Website or other reasons solely attributable to you, we shall not be held liable or responsible under any circumstance whatsoever. Further, we shall not be responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties or events that are beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of government, computer hacking, ransomware attacks, unauthorized access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, poor quality of internet service or telephone service of the user, etc.

Information Collected:

We may collect Information from you when you (a) register on the Website; (b) update or change personal details in your account; (c) use the Website for any of the services being offered thereon (including, when you report a problem with the Website and/or the services); (d) voluntarily participate in campaigns conducted by us on the Website or respond to questionnaires published by us on the Website (if any); (e) voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback in relation to the products and services provided on the Website or leave comments on the Website; and/or (f) when you carry out transactions on the Website.

To enable you to place an order on our Website, we may collect including but not limited to the following basic information about you: Your First Name, Your Middle Name, Your Last Name, Your Address, City,Zip code, State, Country, Phone Number and Contact E-mail address.

We may also collect Non-Personal Information that you voluntarily provide, such as information included in response to a questionnaire or a survey conducted by us. Apart from this, our systems gather certain details about your computer’s internet connection like your IP address when you visit our site. Your IP address does not identify you personally. We use this information to deliver our web pages to you upon request, to customize our site as per your interest, to calculate the number of visitors on our site and to know the geographic locations from where our visitors come.

We do not allow any unauthorized person or organization be it other members, visitors, and anyone not in our organization to use any information collected from you.

You can modify your personal details by accessing Edit Profile on our Website.

Information Sharing:

Probably this is the most important question in your mind as to with whom do we share your information? The answer to this question is that we do not rent, sell, barter, or give away your information to anyone. To some extent, information has to be passed on to the courier companies, credit & debit card processing companies, vendors, etc. to enable them to perform their functions related to your order fulfillment. Apart from this normal business requirement, information may also be need to be shared with law authorities, for purposes of their investigations, fraud detection, and for the safety of our site, employees, management, users, members and other affiliates associated with us.

Information Usage:

The most important usage of the information collected from you is your email which is used to inform you that your order has been confirmed/executed. Your email is also used to communicate with you for your customer service related queries and for any newsletters & communications sent. All other information collected is confidentially stored and will not be disclosed unless needed as per the requirement of the law authorities or in case of any disputes.

Our policies ate governed by the laws of India and any dispute will be settled in the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.

Return & Refund Policy

Domestic Shipping:

We offer Shipping anywhere in India, which includes Free Shipping across India on orders above Rs 179/-. For orders less than Rs 179/-, we have a fixed shipping fees of Rs 35/-.

Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally, for orders placed before 2 pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, provided card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 2 pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Sunday or during holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy periods, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

Our preferred Courier partner is Shiprocket. However, in certain cases, products might not be available with us, which cause a delay in dispatch. In such cases, we either seek permission from you to delay shipments or partially ship the order, based on your confirmation. Refunds if any to your account are processed within 7 working days.

Domestic customers are responsible for any duty charged by their respective State Government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed for these charges or levies, or the amount of the charges that may be levied. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods and/or return service costs will be assessed.

Cancellation of Order by User:

After placing an order, a customer can only cancel the order if the order status is showing as "pending" under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 Hours of placing an order. For canceling your order, you will either send us a mail or change the status in your Account section. If the products have been dispatched, then we would not be able to cancel the order. However, returns would be appropriately dealt with based on our Refund Policy.

General Scenario:

In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been "processed" by us, the order cannot be canceled. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.

In case of Perishable Goods:

In case a customer wants to cancel the order for perishable products, the cost of the products will have to be borne by them.

Cancellation of Order by

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by us for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.

Replacement / Return Policy:

The customer will need to inform us about a possible return or replacement of products in a maximum period of 5 days from the product being delivered by us to its destination. Replacements and returns will not be permitted in case of the following:

  • • Products being perishable in nature
  • • Items that have been used or opened
  • • An item not returned in the condition it was received or in the condition it was dispatched by us
  • • Any item received by us in a damaged condition
  • • Items sourced or delivered outside India

Shipping Returned Merchandise:

In most cases, we book the return pickup with our courier partners. However, in cases where we do not book the return pickup for you, we recommend shipping returned merchandise via courier or insured parcel post for tracking purposes.

We do not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We will not refund shipping or insurance costs.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

  • • the item may be damaged during transit
  • • or there might be a manufacturing defect
  • • or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will need a photograph of the package substantiating the above claims along with Order Number and reasons for returning. We will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given above. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is completed, except for the reasons given above.

To get a replacement, email us a photograph of the package, your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.

  • • Replacement request must be made within 5 days of the product(s) being delivered by us to its destination and should not be part of above list of items under which replacements are not permitted
  • • There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the reasons mentioned above
  • • In the case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to the recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order
  • • In the case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither nor our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.

Refund Policy by

Refunds would be made via the same mode as received and would be made withing 7 days to your account. Please note that refunds are initiated from our side within 48 hours of confirmation of refund to you. However, if our payments are routed via our third-party partners, it would generally take 7-10 days to credit the amount to your account.

Cases of goods unavailability or service problem:

  • • If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives, and at the end, the choice of customer will be final
  • • If the order is confirmed by us and we are not able to ship the product on time, then we will offer refunds to customer if the customer so demands
  • • 100% refund will be given if product is not available or vendor is not able to ship the products
  • • For couriered products, if the delivery address is outside the service area, then 100% refund will be given

Shipping Returned Merchandise:

In most cases, we book the return pickup with our Courier partners. However, in cases where we do not book the return pickup for you, we recommend shipping returned merchandise via courier or insured parcel post for tracking purposes.
